1. על מה המסמך הזה

AgentHub היא פלטפורמת SaaS שמספקת סוכני בינה מלאכותית לניהול משימות עסקיות (שיווק, מכירות, תפעול, ועוד). המסמך הזה מפרט איזה מידע אנחנו אוספים עליך, למה, איך אנחנו שומרים אותו, ואיך אתה יכול למחוק אותו.

2. איזה מידע אנחנו אוספים

2.1 מידע שאתה מספק ישירות

פרטי חשבון: כתובת מייל, סיסמה מוצפנת (או token של Google Sign-In)
פרטי עסק אופציונליים שאתה מזין (שם חברה, תחום, וכו')
תוכן שאתה יוצר בתוך הפלטפורמה (הודעות לצ'אט, הגדרות סוכנים, משימות)

2.2 מידע שנוצר בשימוש

לוגים טכניים: זמן כניסה, סוג דפדפן, כתובת IP (נשמר 30 יום ואז נמחק)
נתוני שימוש אגרגטיביים: כמות בקשות, תוכניות שבחרת (Free / Pro)

2.3 מידע מאינטגרציות של צד שלישי

אם אתה מחבר שירות חיצוני (Gmail, Google Drive, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X, TikTok, Shopify), אנחנו שומרים את ה-access token שהשירות נותן לנו. להלן פירוט ספציפי של הנתונים שנאספים מכל שירות:

2.4 Facebook & Instagram (Meta)

כאשר אתה מחבר את חשבון Facebook או Instagram שלך, אנחנו מבקשים את ההרשאות הבאות ועושים בהן את השימוש הבא:

pages_show_list — קריאה חד-פעמית ל-API של Meta כדי לקבל את רשימת העמודים שאתה מנהל. נשמר רק ה-Page ID, Page Name וה-Page Access Token של העמוד שבחרת.
pages_manage_posts — שימוש רק כאשר אתה לוחץ על כפתור "פרסם" בתוך AgentHub. פוסטים מתפרסמים ב-Page שלך לפי בקשתך המפורשת. אנחנו לא מפרסמים אוטומטית, לא מוחקים פוסטים, ולא עורכים פוסטים שלא יצרנו בסשן הנוכחי.
instagram_basic — קריאה חד-פעמית לאיסוף ה-Instagram Business Account ID של חשבון ה-IG המקושר לעמוד ה-FB. לא נאספים מידע פרופיל, פוסטים, תגובות או עוקבים.
instagram_content_publish — שימוש רק בזמן לחיצה על כפתור "פרסם ל-Instagram". אנחנו יוצרים media container דרך /{ig-user-id}/media ואז מפרסמים דרך /{ig-user-id}/media_publish.

מה לא עושים עם הנתונים האלה: לא מוכרים לצד שלישי, לא משתפים עם מפרסמים, לא משתמשים לטירגוט פרסומות, לא עושים ML/training על הנתונים, לא חושפים למשתמשים אחרים של AgentHub.

2.5 אחרים

Gmail / Google Drive — OAuth של Google. משמש לשליחת מיילים ועבודה עם קבצים לבקשתך.
LinkedIn, X (Twitter), TikTok — רק הרשאות פרסום.
Shopify — API key שאתה מספק ידנית, לשימוש בקריאת פרטי חנות.

3. איך אנחנו משתמשים במידע

לאפשר את הפונקציונליות שבחרת (שליחת מייל, פרסום פוסט, וכו')
לנהל את החשבון שלך (תוכנית, חיוב, גישה)
לתחזק ולשפר את הפלטפורמה (באמצעות מטריקות אגרגטיביות בלבד)
לעמוד בדרישות חוקיות (שמירת רישומי חיוב, בקשות אכיפה)

לא משתמשים לטירגוט פרסומות. לא מוכרים מידע אישי לצד שלישי. לא משתמשים בתוכן הצ'אט / אינטגרציה לאימון מודלים של AI.

4. מי נחשף למידע

אתה — בעל המידע, גישה מלאה דרך הממשק.
ספקי תשתית — Supabase (אחסון DB), Railway (שרת), Vercel (CDN), Anthropic / OpenAI (מודלי AI שעיבדו את הודעות הצ'אט שלך). כל אחד כפוף ל-DPA משלו ולא מקבל גישה חופשית למידע.
אף אחד אחר — לא מוכרים, לא משתפים.

5. זכויות שלך

גישה — תוכל לראות את כל המידע שלך דרך הממשק או לבקש ייצוא מלא במייל.
מחיקה — באפשרותך למחוק את החשבון בכל רגע. נמחק את המידע שלך בתוך 30 יום מבקשת המחיקה.
ניתוק אינטגרציה — בכל כרטיסיית אינטגרציה יש כפתור "✂️ נתק" שמוחק מיד את ה-access token מהשרתים שלנו.
תלונה לרשות — אם אתה תושב ישראל, תוכל להגיש תלונה לרשם מאגרי המידע. אם אתה תושב האיחוד האירופי, לרשויות ההגנה על הפרטיות המקומיות.

6. תהליך מחיקת נתונים של Facebook / Instagram

Meta מפעילה מנגנון אוטומטי למחיקת נתונים כאשר משתמש מוחק את החשבון שלו ב-Facebook. כאשר זה קורה, Meta שולחת בקשת POST חתומה ל-https://api.agenthubplatform.com/meta/data-deletion-callback, ואנחנו מוחקים את כל הנתונים של אותו משתמש מה-FB user ID בתוך 30 יום. אנחנו מחזירים ל-Meta URL לאישור עם קוד אישור.

מחיקה ידנית: לנתק את Facebook/Instagram דרך הכפתור "✂️ נתק" בעמוד Integrations. זה מוחק את ה-tokens מיד.

7. שמירת נתונים

נתוני חשבון פעילים — כל עוד החשבון פעיל
לוגים טכניים — 30 יום
רשומות חיוב — 7 שנים (חובה חוקית)
access tokens של אינטגרציות — עד שתלחץ "נתק" או שה-token יפוג

8. אבטחה

HTTPS בכל התקשורת
סיסמאות מגובבות עם bcrypt
access tokens מוצפנים במנוחה
JWT signing עם חתימה מאומתת (HS256 / ECC P-256)
לוגי שגיאה עוברים redaction של סודות לפני שמירה

9. שינויים במדיניות

נעדכן את המסמך הזה מעת לעת. אם השינוי מהותי נשלח לך מייל לפחות 14 יום מראש. המשך שימוש בפלטפורמה לאחר תאריך הכניסה לתוקף נחשב כהסכמה.

1. Overview

AgentHub is a SaaS platform providing AI agents that help with business tasks (marketing, sales, operations). This document explains what data we collect, why, how we store it, and how you can delete it.

2. Data We Collect

2.1 Provided by you

Account details: email, hashed password (or Google Sign-In token)
Optional business details you enter
Content you create in the platform (chat messages, agent settings, tasks)

2.2 Generated during use

Technical logs: login time, browser type, IP address (kept 30 days then deleted)
Aggregate usage counts: number of requests, plan tier

2.3 Facebook & Instagram (Meta) data

When you connect a Facebook or Instagram account, we request the following permissions with the following usage:

pages_show_list — a one-time call to Meta Graph API to retrieve the list of Pages you manage. We store only the Page ID, Page Name and Page Access Token of the selected Page.
pages_manage_posts — used only when you click a Publish button in AgentHub. Posts are published to your Page by your explicit request. We do not auto-post, delete posts, or edit posts we didn't create in the current session.
instagram_basic — a one-time call to retrieve the Instagram Business Account ID linked to your connected Facebook Page. We do not read profile info, posts, comments, followers, or insights.
instagram_content_publish — used only when you click the Publish to Instagram button. We create a media container via /{ig-user-id}/media and publish it via /{ig-user-id}/media_publish.

We do NOT: sell data to third parties, share with advertisers, use data for ad targeting, train ML models on this data, expose it to other AgentHub users.

3. How We Use the Data

To provide the functionality you requested (sending email, publishing a post, etc.)
To manage your account (plan, billing, access)
To maintain and improve the platform (using aggregate metrics only)
To comply with legal obligations (billing records, law-enforcement requests)

We do not use data for ad targeting. We do not sell personal data. We do not train AI models on your chat / integration content.

4. Who Sees the Data

You — full access through the UI
Infrastructure providers — Supabase (database), Railway (app server), Vercel (CDN), Anthropic / OpenAI (AI model providers processing your chat prompts). Each is bound by a DPA and does not get free access to data.
No one else — not sold, not shared

5. Your Rights

Access — view all your data via the UI or request a full export by email
Deletion — delete your account at any time; we erase your data within 30 days
Disconnect integration — each integration card has a "Disconnect" button that deletes the access token from our servers immediately
Complain — you may file a complaint with your local data protection authority

6. Facebook / Instagram Data Deletion Process

Meta has a standardized data-deletion mechanism triggered when a user deletes their Facebook account. Meta sends a signed POST to https://api.agenthubplatform.com/meta/data-deletion-callback, we verify the HMAC-SHA256 signature, and we delete all data associated with that Facebook user_id within 30 days. We return a confirmation URL with a unique confirmation code so Meta can verify the deletion.

Manual deletion: click the "Disconnect" button on the Facebook or Instagram integration card. This deletes access tokens immediately.

7. Data Retention

Active account data — as long as the account is active
Technical logs — 30 days
Billing records — 7 years (legal obligation)
Integration access tokens — until you click "Disconnect" or the token expires

8. Security

HTTPS for all traffic
Passwords hashed with bcrypt
Access tokens encrypted at rest
JWT signatures verified (HS256 / ECC P-256)
Error logs scrub secrets before persistence
