Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

Using AgentHub Platform (the "Service") constitutes full agreement to these terms. If you disagree with any term, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

AgentHub is a SaaS platform providing AI agents for business tasks (marketing, sales, operations, finance, HR). The Service includes integrations with third-party services (Gmail, Google Drive, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X, TikTok, Shopify) enabling you to send email, publish social media content, and perform other actions in your connected accounts — all based on your explicit instructions.

3. Account & Ownership

• You must be 18+ to open an account.
• Provide accurate details and keep them up to date.
• You're responsible for password security and all actions through your account.
• One account per person/entity. No sharing without prior authorization.

4. Plans & Payment

• Free — free tier with usage limits.
• Pro — paid monthly/annual plan with expanded features. Billed via Paddle.
• Pro subscriptions auto-renew until cancelled; cancel anytime from account settings.
• Refunds: current-month payments are non-refundable except for unresolved technical failures.
• Price changes take effect in the next billing period; 30 days notice.

5. Acceptable Use

You may not use AgentHub to:

• Send spam, fraud, incitement, or illegal content
• Distribute false information or impersonate others
• Violate copyright, trademark, or privacy rights
• Attempt to hack, reverse-engineer, or disrupt the Service
• Automate the Service at volumes that violate third-party rate limits (Meta, Google, etc.)
• Upload data you are not legally permitted to process

6. Third-Party Integrations

When connecting a third-party service (Google, Meta, LinkedIn, etc.), use is also subject to that service's terms. AgentHub acts as an intermediary — we are not responsible for what happens inside your Facebook account after you publish a post through us.

You authorize us to act on your behalf in connected accounts, according to actions you explicitly initiate via the UI.

7. User Content

Any content you create/upload/publish through AgentHub is your responsibility. You represent that you have the rights to publish/send it. We do not actively monitor user content but reserve the right to remove content that violates these terms if we become aware of it.

You retain all IP rights in content you create. You grant us a non-exclusive license to store, transmit, and display content solely to operate the Service.

8. AI-Generated Content

AI agents generate content based on your instructions and data. AI output may be inaccurate, partial, or misleading. You are responsible for verifying and approving any content before commercial use / public publication.

AgentHub is not liable for business outcomes, missed opportunities, or damages arising from reliance on AI output.

9. Privacy

Personal data handling is detailed in the Privacy Policy. In short: we do not sell data, we do not use your content to train models, and we honor deletion requests within 30 days.

10. Termination

• You may close your account at any time via settings.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with reasonable notice where possible.
• After closure, your data is deleted within 30 days (except billing records retained by law).

11. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided AS-IS. We make reasonable efforts to maintain availability and quality but do not guarantee 100% uptime. Our maximum monetary liability will not exceed the amount you paid in the last 12 months.

We are not liable for: indirect losses, lost profits, user-originated data loss, damage from integration misuse, or API rejections by third-party providers (Meta, Google, etc.).

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify AgentHub from any claim arising from content you published, use of the Service in violation of these terms, or infringement of third-party rights during use of our Service.

13. Changes to Terms

We will update this document from time to time. Material changes will be published at least 14 days before taking effect, with email to active users. Continued use after the effective date constitutes agreement.

14. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Israel. Exclusive jurisdiction lies with the competent courts of Tel Aviv-Jaffa district, Israel.
